Arte of Combat facilities share a common practice with Motion Heath Rehab & Performance and Breathwork in Bed, providing access to state of the art facilities. The shared facilities include an all-inclusive gym & recovery lab for your performance enhancement and injury rehabilitation.

Motion Health Rehab & Performance provides athletes with access to physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, dieticians & massage therapists to improve your recovery and enhance your performance.

Breathwork in Bed provides athletes access to recovery of the mind and body through breathework and ice baths.
